14 day return policy:
At Elora Toronto, we strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product, we offer a 14 day returns policy. You can return the product within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

 The product must be in its original, unused condition.
All accessories, manuals and free gifts supplied with the product must be returned.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including protective materials.
Be sure to complete and include the returns form with the returned products.
If the returned product has defects, faults or damage not previously reported to Elora Toronto, this may affect the consumer's right to a full refund. In accordance with Canada legislation, Elora Toronto reserves the right to issue a partial refund in cases where the value of the product has diminished due to use beyond that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and operation.

Returns process:
To request a return, contact our customer service department. They will provide you with further instructions and guide you through the returns process. You are responsible for the cost of the return, which depends on the courier service you choose. We recommend that you send the return by a traceable delivery method to avoid any loss or damage to the parcel.

Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process your refund. The refund will be processed via the original method of payment used to place the order. Please note that the refund processing time may vary depending on the method of payment and the financial institution.

Damaged or defective products:
If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work together to resolve the problem. Depending on the situation, we may send a replacement product, arrange a repair or issue a refund.

Non-returnable products:
Please note that some products may not be eligible for return for reasons of hygiene, safety regulations or other legal restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to, products such as earrings, piercings, underwear, bras, swimwear, earplugs, cosmetics, personal care items and open source software.
