Found an Elora Toronto item you absolutely must have? Great!
Select the colour and/or size you want and click on ‘Add to Bag’. You can continue shopping and return to your basket at any time by clicking on the ‘Bag’ icon in the top right-hand corner. Please note that adding items to your Bag does not automatically reserve them.
Ready to check out? It's time to finalise your order. Click on the ‘Bag’ icon at the top right to access your Elora Toronto items. On the next page, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on the ‘Proceed to checkout’ button. You will be directed to the payment page where you can easily fill in all your information on one page.
Note: Once your order has been completed, it cannot be changed, as we immediately start processing your order to get it to you as quickly as possible.

What are the delivery costs?
Elora Toronto covers delivery costs. You do not have to pay for delivery.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes, we ship all our items with tracking. You can track the status of your order via the order tracking page. A link to the order tracking page will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please note that it may take some time before the tracking status is available.
What are the delivery times?
At Elora Toronto we aim to deliver quickly. If you place an order on a weekday before 3pm, we aim to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers. As a result, the average delivery time is 10-15 working days.
What happens if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be stored for 7 days in a nearby relay point. You will receive a notification from the deliverer with details of the collection point. After 7 days, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
Incorrect address.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. We make every effort to speed up processing and dispatch, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
Lost or stolen parcels.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If the tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report this within 14 days of the delivery date shown. We will launch an investigation with PostNL and keep you informed until the investigation is complete.
