Return Policy
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must include all original parts, components, tags, and packaging, exactly as received.
- The item must show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration beyond normal inspection.
- Items where hygiene is a concern (e.g. swimwear, intimates) must be unworn and in their original sealed packaging.
- If the item arrived damaged or defective, this must be reported immediately upon delivery.
Elora Toronto reserves the right to decline a return if there is evidence that the item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Returns are processed within 7 business days of receiving the item. Once inspected and approved, you will receive confirmation via email.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I start a return?
Please email us at support@eloratoronto.com with the following:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Clear photo(s) of the item (required for damaged or defective items)
- Full name
- Shipping address
Our team will respond with the designated return address. Please do not send returns to the original sender — we will provide the correct warehouse address once your request has been reviewed.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Because our system processes orders automatically upon placement, we are unable to intercept or cancel shipments already in transit. If your order has already been dispatched, please wait until delivery and then follow the return process above.
As our products ship from Asia, transit times may vary and are beyond our control. Cancellation is not possible once the goods are in transit.
To exercise your right of cancellation, please send a clear written statement to support@eloratoronto.com. The cancellation is considered complete once we have received the returned goods.
To help us process your return quickly, please provide a tracking number or proof of shipment when sending the items back.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved and the goods received, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Delivery costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was faulty or incorrectly shipped.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods and will be issued to the original payment method. No additional fees will be charged.
